Workouts need to be completed within the month. No makeups.

Age Groups:
5th - 8th Grade | Boys & Girls | 6:00pm - 7:00pm
High School | Girls | 7:00pm - 8:00pm
High School | Boys | 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Cost: $175 - 4 workouts

Curriculum for the workouts is built on players mastering the following: 

  • Shooting (Mechanics, Mind Set, Game Shots) 
  • Finishing
  • Ball Handling (Handling Pressure, Getting to Spots) 
  • Reads in Game Actions (Ball Screens, Pin downs, DHO, etc)
  • Decision Making
  • Footwork
  • Defensive angles and Spacing
