Curriculum for the workouts is built on players mastering the following:
- Shooting (Mechanics, Mind Set, Game Shots)
- Finishing
- Ball Handling (Handling Pressure, Getting to Spots)
- Reads in Game Actions (Ball Screens, Pin downs, DHO, etc)
- Decision Making
- Footwork
- Defensive angles and Spacing
